Career Highlights
Mr. Firkins spearheaded a motion for a new trial in a high profile case in which the superior court entered the largest award of sanctions in the history of the State of Washington. Mr. Firkins also represented thirty-six teachers in a successful effort to protect their right of privacy against incursions by the Seattle Times.

Mr. Firkins has represented clients in a number of high profile criminal cases in which he has obtained acquittals for his clients. He has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his injured clients.

Affiliations and Education
Tyler K. Firkins was admitted to the bar in 1991. He is admitted to practice in the State of Washington and the State of Oregon. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts for both the Western District of Washington and the Eastern District of Washington.

He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel, Ninth Circuit and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He received his Juris Doctorate from Seattle University Law School in 1991. Tyler received his Bachelors of Science from the University of Washington in 1985.
