Van Siclen, Stocks & Firkins success at the highest level:

Tyler Firkins, partner, just received news from the Supreme Court in Olympia of a big victory against the Seattle Times involving teacher's rights.

John Stocks, partner, just won a contempt reversal in a family law case in Division One, Court of Appeals in Seattle, representing the wife in a spousal maintenance issue.

Joe Baker, associate, won a major victory in the Supreme Court in Olympia for a citizen who was wrongfully treated by the prosecutor's misfiling of a restraint.

The Supreme Court is the highest court in Washington. There are three appellate courts (the second highest level of courts in Washington) Division I, II and III.
