Career Highlights

Jeff is committed to representing clients compassionately while using the law to promote social justice. Before coming to the Pacific Northwest, Jeff was an advocate and spokesperson for Ralph Nader in Washington, D.C. where he worked on several national campaigns attempting to raise the minimum wage, hold corporations accountable for wrongdoing, increase transparency in government spending, and stop privatization of public assets. In this role, he drafted federal legislation; drafted op-eds appearing in national media outlets; lobbied Senators and Congressmen; and intervened in Postal Regulatory Commission hearings to help defeat efforts to drastically reduce the U.S. Postal Service.

Since moving to Washington state, Jeff has worked on cases to protect farm workers who were underpaid by employers, prevent companies from mislabeling products, hold businesses accountable for illegal discrimination, compensate wrongfully convicted individuals, and reduce air pollution in poor neighborhoods. He is also dedicated to protecting Washington consumers from deceptive business practices and obtaining compensation for those who have been wrongfully injured.

Personal Background

Jeff graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, double majoring in Political Science and Psychology. Having fallen in love with the Pacific Northwest from childhood trips here, Jeff later moved to the Seattle and attended the University of Washington School of Law. Graduating with honors, Jeff was a Managing Editor of the Washington Law Review, a member of the UW Pro Bono Honors Society, and a part of UW’s Innocence Project Northwest Clinic.

Jeff and his wife, Meg, live in Seattle and enjoy traveling and hiking. Jeff’s other passion is ice hockey. He is a life-long hockey player and fan of the New York Rangers. He looks forward to the return of ice hockey to Seattle.
